• Broker/Realtor owned Supra lockbox that only local Realtors can access.
• Showing feedback requests.

• Option to cancel anytime, without penalty.

• Inform client if Broker receives material information related to the transaction.

• Answer the client’s questions relating to the offers, counteroffers, notices and contingencies.

• Accept delivery of and present to the client all offers and counteroffers to buy, sell, or lease the client’s property.

COST: $495 flat fee at listing execution + *$1,500 flat fee at closing

*The $1,500 is paid out of closing proceeds. It is not a check cut from you at closing. If we don't close, you don't pay the $1,500.
