I can't begin to emphasize how helpful Nick was. While him and his team typically don't deal with helping individuals find rental property to rent, he was the only realtor that was responsive, consistent, and dependable. I first contacted Nick thinking that my husband and I would purchase a home in the College Station area as we will be new to the town. However, we ultimately decided to rent for a short period.
